ENVIRONMENT

The world is moving closer to realizing the importance of adopting sustainability as standard practice in business. We have thus developed systematic environmental and social programs to inventorize and monitor how our activities interact with the environment thereby helping us limit our environmental impacts. We conduct Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) for all our development projects to help reduce the environmental and social impacts of our activities as much as possible and look for ways to offset impacts on affected stakeholders. We prevent oil spills and leaks by ensuring our facilities are well designed, safely operated, adequately inspected and maintained. Our environmental monitoring program includes air quality monitoring and effluent analysis. We work to reduce air pollution and emissions resulting from our operations.
